All customers unconditionally acknowledge these terms upon ordering, therefore we advise you to read them carefully.
Business with shop-keepers and/or distributors will be regulated by different contracts and please contact us for further details.

| Order acceptance and contract termination |
The following steps determine the purchase of the requested items by means of the on-line form:
- The customer, by sending the order form, notifies MHW that he means to purchase the items listed in the form. By sending the order form (on-line or by fax) you accept (according to art. 10 DL 185/1999 and the Law on Privacy 196/2003) to receive any further communication that MHW will send, as it is described below and whose only purpose is to finalize and execute the sale contract.
- MHW shall confirm by means of electronic mail that it has received the order form sent by the customer. MHW shall assign an "Order Code" and the two parties will use it during any further communication between them.
- The customer is entitled to 24 hours after sending the order form, during which time he must inform MHW that he wishes call off his order. You must send an e-mail message to the address orders@manorhouse.cc, or else send a fax. After this time has elapsed without any customer notification, MHW shall proceed and ascertain if the requested items are available in stock and therefore if the order can be executed: if it is possible to execute the order, MHW shall send an e-mail confirming that the purchasing procedure has been carried out, and this will include the terms of sale, as required by Art. 4 DL 185/1999.
- Payment by the customer must be settled according to the modalities selected on-line when ordering.
- Upon receiving a payment receipt (for advanced payment modalities or else upon customer order confirmation in other cases) MHW shall deliver the ordered items to the specified address, according to the modalities requested upon ordering.
According to Art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a "User" (therefore an individual person who purchases the items for reasons other than professional activities, in other words he does not purchase and enter a VAT registration number), he is entitled to pull out of a contract for any reason, without having to provide explanations or suffer any penalty. In order to put into effect this right the customer must send MHW a written communication within 10 working days from when he receives the goods. This communication must take place by means of registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, addressed to:

Once this notification has been conveyed, MHW will inform the customer on how to return the purchased items that must be returned to MHW within the following 48 hours.
Accordingly to Law, the right to call off is subject to the following conditions:

- as indicated by the law, the customer must pay for the return shipment;
- the customer is wholly liable for the delivery, until we acknowledge that the goods are in our warehouse;
- if the goods are damaged during the return delivery, MHW shall notify the customer of the circumstances (within one working day after the item has returned to the warehouse), thus allowing the customer to claim compensation from the selected carrier (if covered by insurance); in this case, the product shall be returned and the customer must pay for the delivery costs. At the same time the request to call off the purchase shall be cancelled;
- MHW is not liable in any way for damage or theft/misplacement of any goods returned by means of uninsured shipment;

If the inner/outer packaging is damaged or missing, or in case some or all of the original contents are missing, or if the product proves to be damaged for reasons not due to transport, you are debarred from the right to recede. MHW shall return the purchased goods to the sender and the customer shall be charged the delivery costs.
Whenever the customer appropriately avails of the right to recede, MHW shall refund the whole amount paid by the customer, within 14 days from when the goods were returned. The customer shall promptly inform MHW of the banking information for the transfer to take place (full Bank/Account Coordinates of whoever the goods were invoiced to).
